Elvin Millan Jr. is a former professional catcher with over eight years of elite experience behind the plate. Known for his deep game knowledge and relentless energy, Elvin elevates every session with a focus on high-performance fundamentals. As a distinguished coach and mentor, he trains athletes across all levels — from youth to high school and beyond — instilling a championship mindset grounded in precision, grit, and technical mastery.

Elvin also sharpens the mental game, championing the philosophy that “respect is earned, not given,” preparing players to excel both on and off the field.

As an assistant coach with the Boston Red Sox, he contributed to the team’s performance and success by providing coaching and instruction in various aspects of the game, such as hitting, infield, outfield, and baserunning, and worked with the players to develop their skills and mental toughness. 

Certified in Driveline Hitting, Mental Performance Mastery, and known as a skills acquisition expert, Fabian is bilingual (english/spanish) and dedicated to shaping champions, on and off the field. 

Fabian has a strong passion and knowledge of baseball, as well as a growth mindset and a drive to learn and improve.  He takes that passion toward developing elite athletes.

Trish Knudson is a distinguished softball coach and former elite athlete with a career spanning collegiate, national, and international levels.  She specializes in private training focused on hitting, fielding, and throwing fundamentals. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes developing fundamentally sound players through personalized instruction and a commitment to enhancing each athlete’s mental game and technical skills.

Javier Herrera

Javier Herrera was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and signed as an international free agent with the Oakland Athletics in 2001. Over the course of his professional playing career, he also spent time with the Yankees, Giants, and multiple independent teams, including the Yuma Scorpions, Rockford Aviators, and clubs in Canada.

Following his playing career, Javier transitioned into professional coaching, serving as a professional hitting coach for the Oakland A’s for two years, where he specialized in developing high-level offensive talent.

Javier brings elite intensity and game-tested knowledge to every athlete he trains. Known for his power, precision, and passion for development, he transforms hitters and outfielders into next-level competitors. Bilingual and relentless in his standard of excellence, Coach Herrera is here to elevate serious players.
