As an assistant coach with the Boston Red Sox, he contributed to the team’s performance and success by providing coaching and instruction in various aspects of the game, such as hitting, infield, outfield, and baserunning, and worked with the players to develop their skills and mental toughness. 

Certified in Driveline Hitting, Mental Performance Mastery, and known as a skills acquisition expert, Fabian is bilingual (english/spanish) and dedicated to shaping champions, on and off the field.

Fabian has a strong passion and knowledge of baseball, as well as a growth mindset and a drive to learn and improve.  He takes that passion toward developing elite athletes.

Daniel “Danny” Oviedo

Daniel brings experience as a collegiate athlete at Clarendon College and the University of St. Thomas (UST), where he developed a strong foundation in hitting and player development.  He is Blast Motion Certified, specializing in using advanced swing metrics to help hitters maximize performance, improve consistency, and build confidence at the plate.  

Danny offers more than just technical knowledge, his upbeat energy and positive coaching style create an environment where athletes enjoy learning and leave every session more confident. His goal is not only to sharpen skills, but also to inspire belief and resilience that athletes carry with them on and off the field.

With over 20 years of coaching experience across all ages, Brian Hardwick brings a deep well of knowledge, passion, and professionalism to the field. For the past 12+ years, he has specialized as a pitching and hitting instructor, working with athletes ages 8 and up to help them develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Brian’s training approach is comprehensive and rooted in proven methods. He is Rapsodo certified and integrates data-driven analysis with hands-on instruction to fine tune mechanics and improve performance.  His expertise spans arm care, strength and conditioning, flexibility, mobility, biomechanics, weight training, med ball training and sports nutrition – all tailored to support long term player development and injury prevention. 

Winston Lavendier

Winston is a pro left-handed pitcher with over a decade of high-level professional experience—including time with the Los Angeles Angels organization, Triple‑A competition, independent ball, and multiple seasons in Mexico’s Liga Mexicana. Known for his sharp command, deceptive delivery, and deep knowledge of the mental game, he now develops pitchers at Prodigy Sports TX. Winston blends pro-level mechanics, arm-care protocols, and mindset coaching to help athletes elevate their performance on the mound.

Cass Ingvardsen

Coach Ingvardsen is a dedicated baseball coach and former standout pitcher with a proven track record of excellence on the mound and now in player development.

A former collegiate standout he showcased elite command and velocity during his time at Weatherford College where he learned from Flint Wallace (Colorado Rockies Pitching Coordinator).

That performance along with a being a mid to upper 90s arm, earned him selection by the New York Yankees in the 2011 MLB Draft.

His strong junior year summer showing landed him recognition as one of Baseball America’s top 10 prospects in the nation’s summer leagues (ranked No. 4 overall in the Jayhawk League), highlighting his potential as one of the college baseballs premier arms.

He served as a high school baseball coach at Cypress Park High School where he mentored young athletes, emphasizing fundamentals, mental toughness, and competitive drive to help players reach their full potential.

His background as high-level performer gives him unique insight into what it takes to succeed at the next level.

Coach Ingvardsen was mentored by some of the industries biggest names in baseball, Ron Woldforth (Texas Baseball Ranch) and Brent Strom (Houston Astros Pitching Coach). Now he is mentoring and training young athletes throughout the area.

Demetrius “Coach D” Mitchell is a former SWAC Pitcher of the Year and experienced MLB scout turned Houston-based pitching instructor with a proven track record across high school, collegiate, and professional baseball.

As a former head college coach and championship-winning high school leader, he brings a rare blend of on-field success, talent evaluation expertise, and leadership experience.

Known for his ability to develop pitchers through precise mechanics, arm care, and mental approach, Mitchell has helped athletes improve performance, gain exposure, and advance to the next level.

His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, consistency, and accountability, making him a trusted mentor for players and families pursuing long-term success in the game.
